Chantel Faill, mother of three always complained about headaches and sniffles and despite innumerous medical visits and checkups, she never knew what exactly the cause was.  For almost 12 years she has suffered from constant headaches, infections and flu like symptoms and always blamed it on the weather, her pregnancy or changing season.

However, recently when she coughed violently, she dislocated the tip of a pool cue which was stuck in her nose accidently from an incident which occurred 12 years back.  In fact, she was in a pub and a friend who had a pool cue in his hand hugged her and the cue was forced through the top of her mouth.  Although she was immediately rushed to the hospital that day, medics did not see the foreign body and she was given pain relief.

In reality, the tip of the cue which measures almost 2cm pierced her cheek bone and worked all its way from the sinus to her nasal passage.  For all these years, Chantel had felt a pressure building up her nasal passage until she finally coughed the cue tip out.

She is now recovering in her home in England after having undergone through surgery to completely clear her nose.

She’s lucky to be able to live normally afterward because some people might even have to live with it for the rest of their life. I remember about the news of a guy with a bullet inside his brain and he can’t do anything about it because even removing the bullet will result in death.

That is scary how that thing can be hidden from her body for this long and it also move through her cheekbone up to her nasal. That’s scary.

Obviously she does not sniffed a bottle of pepper in years
